Can I include a handwritten note?
Yes, we actually recommend handwritten notes.  It adds a special touch of personalization to the gift and is often one of the memorable elements of the gifting experience.
Can my gifts be shipped directly to the recipients?
Absolutely!  We take care of delivering gifts to your recipients so you don’t have to.
Can we include our branded material in the gifts?
We offer ways to brand gift packaging and items.  If you would like to include branded materials/items that you have on hand in the gifts, please let us know during the design process.  You can ship the items to our gift studio to be included in the gift during assembly.
Can you add my logo/branding to your gifts?
Yes, you can include your brand in the gifts through branded packaging and/or branded items/content.  You can include your brand in the packaging with the gift tag or belly band and the note card (minimums may apply.  
Do you have an order minimum?
There is a 10 gift minimum for orders when ordering multiple gifts. This does not apply to the individual gifts.
Do you make custom client gifts?
Absolutely!  We believe that creating gifts that are tailored to address your specific gifting vision helps to increase the elements of surprise and delight in the gifting experience.  Click here to contact us about your custom client gift needs.
Do you offer returns and exchanges?
Due to the nature of the items that are included in our gift boxes we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds. We take extra care to make sure your gift arrives in great condition. If the gift arrives damaged or in less than perfect condition, please contact us within 48 hours by email at hello@kreativelymemorable.com and let us make it right for you. If you are having trouble with your order or you have any suggestions for how we better serve you, please contact us and let us know.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we do not ship internationally.
How long does it take for my gift to ship?
Depending on the gift, it may take 2 – 3 weeks to deliver. 
What if I need a larger quantity of gifts?
We are happy to accommodate larger orders.  Just let us know the number of gifts you need when filling out the inquiry form.
